Water Activity Analysis
Water Activity Analysis is used in the food quality and storage industry. This test is utilized to assess the potential of microbial growth on a product. This is important in keeping microbial load to a minimum in the cannabis industry.
Using a calibrated water activity meter we are able to conduct measurements between 0 to 1.00 aw.
